Refund and Return Policy – MyToy Qatar
At MyToy Qatar, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 72 hours of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item received is not as described or differs from the product listed on our website.
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The item is incomplete or missing parts and accessories as initially advertised or was received in physically poor condition.
My Toy Qatar does not exchange or accept back products that are used, customer damaged, opened from original packaging, or assembled/installed after receipt. All products should be returned in the same condition and packaging as received to qualify for a refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are made between 7 to 14 working days from the date of the collection and return of the product to us.
Return Pickup Charges
There will be a QAR 20 pick up charge for each request for return. Shipping and delivery charges both ways to and from MyToy Qatar’s warehouse will be borne by the customers, even if the return is requested within the valid return period.
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
In case MyToy Qatar cancels your partial or complete order and you have paid using credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded back to your original payment method. The amount may take up to 30 days to show in your account based on your bank. Any extra bank fees or delays are not MyToy Qatar’s responsibility.
If you decide to cancel the order prior to delivery and payment was done online via credit or debit card, the amount paid will be credited to the same payment method. Allow up to 30 days for the refund to post to your account, subject to your bank’s processing time.
