Damaged or Defective Products Only

Damaged or defective products can be exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase. In order to facilitate the exchange, we would appreciate it if you could provide:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Purchase date
- Photos of the product If Available
- Any other material information that will enable us to evaluate the problem
If we conclude that the damage is caused by a manufacturing flaw or material defect, we will conduct a repair or replacement.
Where neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will provide a full refund.
Warranty Policy

We provide a warranty that guarantees mechanical or structural faults—where a product no longer performs as expected under typical usage. In this case, a replacement will be organized at no charge within 7 days of your initial purchase.
